PROMO MECHANICS

1. The Promo is open to all consumers Globe Mobile Postpaid, Tattoo @Home/Mobile Broadband Postpaid, and Globe Landline Postpaid subscribers whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing and not enrolled in Paperless Billing prior to the start of the Promo.

2. Promo period is from September 22 to December 22, 2011, nationwide.

3. To join, subscriber must enroll his/her Globe account in the Paperless Billing facility within the Promo Period to earn one (1) raffle entry. To join the raffle and to enroll your account to Paperless Billing you may:
• Text GLOBEGREEN < space > your account no. < space > your e-mail address and send to 2327. The local SMS rate applies.
• Visit www.globe.com.ph/gogreen and submit the online application form.
• Email talk@globetel.com.ph. Indicate your account number and the email address where you prefer to receive your bills.

4. There is a maximum of one (1) raffle entry per account.

5. Raffle numbers will be electronically generated.

6. Last day to earn raffle entries is on December 22, 2011 at 11:59pm.

7. One raffle draw will be held on January 03, 2012, Tuesday, 4:00pm at the Billing Conference Room A at 4/F Globe Telecom Plaza Tower 1, Pioneer cor. Madison Street, 1552 Mandaluyong City, to be witnessed by a DTI representative.

8. Ten (10) winners will be drawn to each win a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1.

9. Directors, management, and employees including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity of Globe Telecom, Inc., or any of the agencies and companies associated with this Promo are not entitled to participate in this Promo.

10. In case of dispute, Globe Telecom’s decision in concurrence with DTI regarding this Promo will be deemed final and non-negotiable.

11. Globe Telecom, Inc. will inform the final winners thru registered mail to their registered billing address, cellphone call and text message thru access code 2327. Text message will read as:
“Congratulations! You have won a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 in the Go Green Switch to Paperless Billing Raffle Promo of Globe. Please claim your prize at Globe Telecom Plaza Tower 1, 4/F Pioneer cor. Madison Sts. Mandaluyong City. Show your original notification letter from Globe Telecom with your valid ID when you claim your prize until 60 days from receipt of notification. Per DTI-NCR Permit No. 6997, Series of 2011.”

12. Winning subscribers should claim their prize within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification letter, official call or text whichever comes last.

13. Winning subscribers must present the following upon claiming the prize at the Globe Telecom, Inc. Office from 10am-7pm, Monday thru Friday:
• Valid ID (i.e. Driver’s license, Passport, SSS ID, TIN ID, Company or School ID). The name on the Valid ID must correspond to the registered name in the Promo.
• Registered Notice, Official notification text from Globe Telecom, Inc.

Authorized representatives shall be allowed to claim in behalf of the winning subscriber provided that he/she is able to present the following:
• Copy of the registered subscriber’s valid ID
• Authorized representative’s valid ID
• Official notification letter sent via registered mail from Globe Telecom,
Inc., official text from Globe Telecom, Inc., as applicable.
• Authorization letter from the winner

14. For Provincial winners, Globe telecom will notify the winning subscribers via phone call and registered mail of the nearest Globe Telecom, Inc. Office where the prize can be claimed.

15. A participating subscriber can win only once. Prizes are not transferrable and not convertible to cash. Globe Telecom, Inc. shall pay for the 20% tax for prizes exceeding Php 10,000.00.

16. Globe Telecom shall have the right to announce/publish/broadcast the names of the winners under this Promotion without need to give additional compensation to the winners.
