PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all consumers Globe Mobile Postpaid, Tattoo @Home/Mobile Broadband Postpaid, and Globe Landline Postpaid subscribers whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing and not enrolled in Paperless Billing prior to the start of the Promo.
2. Promo period is from September 22 to December 22, 2011, nationwide.
3. To join, subscriber must enroll his/her Globe account in the Paperless Billing facility within the Promo Period to earn one (1) raffle entry. To join the raffle and to enroll your account to Paperless Billing you may:
• Text GLOBEGREEN < space > your account no. < space > your e-mail address and send to 2327. The local SMS rate applies.
• Visit www.globe.com.ph/gogreen and submit the online application form.
• Email talk@globetel.com.ph. Indicate your account number and the email address where you prefer to receive your bills.
4. There is a maximum of one (1) raffle entry per account.
5. Raffle numbers will be electronically generated.

12. Winning subscribers should claim their prize within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification letter, official call or text whichever comes last.
13. Winning subscribers must present the following upon claiming the prize at the Globe Telecom, Inc. Office from 10am-7pm, Monday thru Friday:
• Valid ID (i.e. Driver’s license, Passport, SSS ID, TIN ID, Company or School ID). The name on the Valid ID must correspond to the registered name in the Promo.

Authorized representatives shall be allowed to claim in behalf of the winning subscriber provided that he/she is able to present the following:

• Authorized representative’s valid ID

14. For Provincial winners, Globe telecom will notify the winning subscribers via phone call and registered mail of the nearest Globe Telecom, Inc. Office where the prize can be claimed.
15. A participating subscriber can win only once. Prizes are not transferrable and not convertible to cash. Globe Telecom, Inc. shall pay for the 20% tax for prizes exceeding Php 10,000.00.
